We are looking for a technically skilled UAV Technician to support the assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of agricultural drones. The candidate will work with agricultural spraying drones and other multirotor platforms involving flight controllers, propulsion systems, communication systems, GPS/GNSS, payloads, sensors and batteries.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, mechanical assembly, soldering, UAV configuration, calibration, flight testing, and systematic fault diagnosis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, test, repair, and maintain agricultural drones according to technical drawings, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Install and configure Pixhawk-based flight controllers
• Perform electrical wiring, connector crimping, soldering, cable routing, continuity testing, and electrical fault diagnosis.
• Configure and calibrate UAV parameters including accelerometer, compass, radio, ESC, GPS, failsafe, battery monitoring, and flight modes.
• Diagnose UAV issues related to motors, ESCs, flight controllers, GPS, communication links, batteries, sensors, payloads, and Ground Control Stations.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight technical inspections and ensure UAV airworthiness before flight operations.
• Support ground testing, functional testing, endurance testing, payload testing, and controlled flight trials.
• Analyze flight logs and identify abnormalities related to vibration, GPS performance, power systems, communication, motor/ESC performance, and flight stability.
• Inspect batteries, chargers, connectors, wiring harnesses, motors, propellers, frames, landing gear, and other critical components for wear or damage.
• Maintain technical records including assembly checklists, inspection reports, maintenance logs, repair records, component replacement records, and test reports.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in any of the following disciplines:

• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
• Other relevant technical disciplines
