Building the Next Generation of Certified Drone Instructors

The rapid growth of the drone industry in India has created a strong demand not only for skilled remote pilots, but also for qualified instructors who can train future drone professionals. As drone applications continue to expand across agriculture, surveying, infrastructure, logistics, surveillance, disaster management, and other sectors, the need for structured and professional drone training has become increasingly important.

Train the Trainer (TTT) Course is designed to develop experienced drone pilots into competent instructors who can effectively deliver theoretical and practical drone training in accordance with prescribed training standards.

At Multiplex Drone Pvt. Ltd., our drone training ecosystem focuses on developing not just skilled remote pilots, but also capable trainers who can contribute to building India’s future drone workforce.

Our Drone Train the Trainer Course is designed for experienced drone pilots and professionals who want to enhance their instructional skills, technical knowledge, practical flying competency, and ability to conduct structured drone training.

What is a Drone Train the Trainer Course?

The Train the Trainer course focuses on developing the technical knowledge, instructional ability, flying proficiency, safety awareness, and assessment skills required to become a professional drone instructor.

Unlike a regular Remote Pilot Certificate course that primarily focuses on preparing participants to operate drones safely, the TTT program trains candidates on how to teach drone operations to others.

Participants learn how to conduct classroom sessions, explain drone systems, demonstrate flying procedures, supervise practical exercises, evaluate trainees, and maintain safety throughout the training process.

From Drone Pilot to Drone Instructor

Becoming a drone instructor is a natural career progression for pilots who have developed strong technical knowledge and practical flying competency.

A professional trainer plays an important role in shaping how future pilots understand aircraft handling, operational discipline, safety, and responsibility.

With structured Drone Train the Trainer training, experienced pilots can develop the confidence and instructional ability required to share their expertise with the next generation of drone professionals.
