Equipped with state-of-the-art well-established infrastructure with an excellent drone flying area for practical training, the RPTO offers Remote Pilot Certification (drone pilot license) designed to prepare interested target groups to develop an informed, proficient, and efficient drone pilot, with the motive of flying safely and legally. In this DGCA Certified Pilot training, the participants will learn the basics of drone technology, terminology, local national and international regulations, flight weather data interpretation, understanding flight controls and its practical skills in operating and flying drones, conducting basic maneuvers, flight planning, airspace use and a strong sense of safety awareness, emphasizing the responsible and ethical use of drones from the DGCA certified training expert instructors. The Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) is situated at Nelamangala, about 30 kms from Bengaluru, which falls in the green zone, where there is no restriction on flying drones. Kisan Drone Operator: Professionals skilled in this domain will have a better understanding of operating drones and rendering the specific services using the drone, like spray of plant protection chemicals and fertilizers/nutrients, as well as drone data collection and analysis of different types of data for enhancing productivity and profitability of agricultural crops while ensuring sustainability and protection of the land resources.   

Drone Manufacturing and Assembly Technician: The skilled personnel under this program will be able to carry out the assembly and manufacturing of a drone followed by its testing for desired and rated functionality while ensuring adherence to standard working practices. Also, the individuals in this job assemble, manufacture, test, and debug drones as part of a drone manufacturing test the drones of varying sizes that are used in various applications.  

Drone Service Technician: Workforces trained in this domain will have a better understanding of the overall drone technology, which includes drone anatomy, different components, integration of these components to make a complete operating drone , functional importance of each component and their troubleshooting, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs malfunctioning or defective drone and ensuring adherence to standard working practices. 

Drone Data Analysts/Data Scientists: Professionals trained in this domain will develop knowledge in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data captured by drones for different applications, which involves data pre-processing, image stitching, object detection and tracking, 3D mapping, terrain analysis, data visualization and extraction of meaningful insights and actionable information. 

Drone Based Photography and Videography: Skilled personnel under this program will gain knowledge on skill sets for drone operation, guidelines for aerial imaging and on  how to capture stunning visuals from aerial views of photos and videos as well as processing, editing, and post-production workflows of final products.
