Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive
Experience: 01 to 02 Years
Location: Kolar, Shimoga, Hubli
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground promotional activities such as demos, awareness campaigns, and village-level meetings
- Identify potential customers including farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), and agri-dealers
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
- Maintain daily activity reports, leads, and conversion data
- Execute marketing campaigns for drone spray services
- Execute the spray service orders
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (local language preferred)
- Basic understanding of agriculture/agri-inputs
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
- Ability to conduct field demonstrations and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in agriculture, Marketing, or related field
- 1β2 years of experience in agri-sales, rural marketing, or drone services (preferred)
